These daily exercises are to strengthen, relax and to release the pressure on the carpal tunnel. They may help prevent or ease RSI. If you are suffering from arthritis or any form of wrist injury please do these exercises with care. Consult your health provider if currently under medical supervision.Drink plenty of water and limber up before you start your work.
Breathing normally. With arms held straight out in front of you. Rotate hands in small circles first to the right 10 times. Then circle to the left 10 times.
