Do you feel that your life is spinning out of control and you are continually stressed every day? Here are some tips to help you chill out and recharge. All it takes is 5 -10 minutes of your time every day. Always make sure you have a drink water before and after using a relaxation technique. Try each one till you find the technique that works for you.
 

     

     

    Do you have unresolved problems with a person? Sit down and write a letter to them. Write it from your heart, with all the emotion that you feel. Then put it away for a week. Then re- read it. If you still feel the need to send it to them, be sure to rewrite the letter with out all of the emotion and really just get to the point of the matter. Or simply burn it. You will find that by getting your emotions out of the way you will be able to see a clearer picture.
