Neck and Shoulders
Your neck and shoulders take the strain of holding your head up when working on computers. These exercises help to strengthen and relieve tight muscles and improve your posture. If you are suffering from neck injury, arthritis, or under medical supervision, contact your health provider for advice before doing any of these exercises. Drink water before and after exercise.
