Feet and Ankles
Be kind to your feet. The following exercises and tips are to help relieve tension, strengthen the ankles and help you care for your feet. If your feet feel good so will the rest of your body. Consult your health provider if you suffer from foot problems. Drink water before and after exercise.
 

     

     

    Standing position. Throw a handkerchief or a light headscarf into the air. Try to keep it in the air by kicking the scalf upwards with it alternatives feet. Repeat five to 10 times
