Eyes
These daily exercises can help reduce eye strain, puffiness, and relax the eyes. As you repeat these exercises they will become easier and your eyes will become stronger,andl feel more refreshed. Try to blink more offen when working on the computer. Drink plenty of water regularly throughout the day. Take care if you wear contact lenses. If you are having problems with your vision have an eye test.
 

     

     

    Sitting upright, place your elbows on the desk or table. Now close your eyes; place two fingers horizontally over each eye across the eye lids. Apply very light pressure with your fingers and lift your brows up and down against the fingers. Repeat 5 times
